His journey began as an exchange student at the Chinese University of Hong Kong during the Cultural Revolution, where he immersed himself in Chinese language studies for four years.

Throughout his career, Stephen has founded multiple businesses focused on buying and selling in China, consulting for various companies to market to and manufacture within this complex market. His extensive experience has provided him with invaluable wisdom, enabling him to harmonize relationships and maximize gains from working with Chinese partners.

Since 2010, Stephen has shared his knowledge as a professor at Virginia Military Institute and Lindenwood University, teaching courses on Asian Business, International Business, and International Management. Currently, he continues to engage in multiple business ventures involving China, always striving to deepen his understanding and effectiveness in this dynamic environment.
